Good to know

  • 2-hour minimum on every STEAM Bus visit. Enrichment Adventures have no hourly minimum.
  • Enrichment rates cover groups of up to 15 students, with an additional charge per 10 students beyond that.
  • Multi-visit packages expire at the end of the semester in which they’re purchased.
  • Package pricing applies to the STEAM Bus track only. It doesn’t combine with Enrichment or Tutoring bookings.
  • 3-, 4- and 5-visit packages work best delivered to the same group of students start to finish — the progression builds on itself. Recommended, not required.
  • 10-, 15-, 20-visit and Custom packages can be split across grades, student groups or campuses — useful for a district-wide rollout.
  • A purchase order or confirmed payment is required before services begin. An estimate is needed to generate a PO — the estimator produces one you can attach.
  • School-day and recurring tutoring programs are quoted by group size, instructional minutes, schedule, staffing and contract length.

Next step

Request an estimate.

The request takes about a minute. Your written estimate is what your principal, PTA or purchasing office can raise a purchase order against.
