2ConsultationWe confirm scope, dates and your funding source, then send a formal written proposal.
3AgreementThe service agreement goes out for signature — built from your quote, so the two can never disagree.
4ScheduledPO or payment confirmed, your dates reserved. We arrive 30–45 minutes early to set up.

A purchase order or confirmed payment method is required before services begin, and a written quote is what your purchasing office raises a PO against — that quote comes out of the consultation.
