We ask that you do not submit sensitive details about a student — medical records, full IEP or 504 documentation, or government identifiers — through the website. We'll collect anything like that securely once we're working together.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
To operate the site and respond to you, information may pass through service providers acting on our behalf — our website host, email delivery provider, customer relationship management tools, and workflow automation services. They may only process information to provide those services to us.
We use HubSpot for customer relationship management and website analytics. HubSpot sets cookies to recognize returning visitors and to associate website activity with an inquiry you submit, so we can follow up in context rather than asking you to repeat yourself.
Inquiries submitted through this website are stored in our HubSpot account. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them. If you'd like your record removed from our CRM, email us and we'll delete it.
If we add online merchandise sales, payment is handled by Stripe and order fulfillment by Printful. We never receive or store your card details — Stripe handles payment information directly.
This website is intended for parents, guardians, educators, and partners — not for direct use by children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 through this site. Information about a student reaches us from the parent, guardian, or school partner who submits it. If you believe a child has submitted information directly, contact us and we'll delete it.
Inquiries are retained while we follow up and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect submitted information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — which is why we ask you to keep sensitive student records off the web form.
If we update this policy we'll revise the effective date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
