Now accepting applications
We hire tutors and STEAM instructors, accept interns from Houston-area universities, and host students completing supervised community service or field hours. Select the option that applies to you.
Three ways in
Tutors, STEAM instructors, and STEAM Bus facilitators. Afternoons, evenings, weekends, and summer camp blocks across greater Houston. Teaching experience helps; enthusiasm for the subject matters more.
Marketing, social media, content production, and curriculum development. We work with communications and education departments on for-credit placements, practicums, and field hours.
High school and college students needing documented service hours. Help run family STEAM nights and events. We sign off on hours and give you something real to put on an application.
Who does well here
You don’t need a teaching certificate for most roles. You do need to show up when you said you would, and be the kind of person a nervous fourth grader will ask a question in front of.
